Order Processing

Once you complete your purchase, our shadow dwellers begin preparing your order. This process typically takes 1-2 business days before your package is dispatched from our crypt.

Shipping Methods

We offer two mystical pathways for your packages to travel:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your items will be transported via DHL or FedEx, arriving at your domain within 10-15 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. This method delivers your dark garments within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note for Distant Realms: We ship globally, though some remote regions of Asia and other isolated territories may be beyond our current reach.

Return & Exchange Rituals

Sometimes, even the most carefully chosen Gothic garments may not align perfectly with your shadowy essence. Our return rituals allow you to send back items that don’t resonate with your dark aesthetic.

The Ritual Timeline

You have 15 days from when your package arrives in your realm to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, the mystical connection between the garment and our realm weakens, and we can no longer accept returns.

The Sacred Conditions

For an item to be eligible for return or exchange:

  • It must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip must accompany the return

Items That Cannot Return to the Shadows

Certain mystical creations cannot be accepted back into our realm once they have left:

  • Gothic Leggings & Intimate Apparel – For hygiene reasons, these shadow-hugging garments cannot be returned once their protective seals are broken
  • Custom or Altered Items – Garments that have been specifically enchanted for your essence
  • Items Damaged by Dark Forces – Products that show signs of wear, staining, or damage not present when they left our crypt

The Return Incantation Process

Follow these steps to complete your return ritual:

Step 2: Complete the Return Scroll

Fill out the template below and send it to us via raven (email):

Step 3: Await Our Response

Our guardians will send you a return authorization and instructions within 2-3 business days.

Step 4: Prepare Your Package

Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and documentation.

Step 5: Send the Shadows Back

Ship the package to our physical realm using a trackable shipping method:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number until the process is complete. Spooky Threads cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

The Refund Enchantment

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shadow dweller, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

The Exchange Ritual

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  • Follow the same process as above, clearly stating your desired exchange in your communication
  • We will hold the new item for you while your return is in transit
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we will refund you the difference
